The change to the draft points should make it better for clubs committing to late picks. Port will have lots of main list spots to fill so if they rate rome they should be able to get him in the draft for no points.

I think the system will be much fairer with the new points system. I dont think there should be a discount. If teams are paying market value for a player then that seems fair. They have the option to pass if they don't think the player is worth the cost .
