Yeah, it is understandable.
Tv rules the roost, with the 6pm news being the king.
Still, don't come up with a bullcrap reason why you have added an extra day. Just be honest. People are not dumb
The issue has always been when they start the night sessions. If they were legit, they would start them at 6:30pm, on the dot. Not 7pm with 10 mins of filler beforehand
The big one is here, and we again start on a Sunday. I am disappointed that Tennis Aus hasn't called this Sunday "day 0" or Opening Day or some other stupid gimmick like other sporting organisations have in the country. Such a missed opportunity.

Maya Joint wins her first round in Hobart. Gets Linette next, who had a long 3 setter.
I normally get down to watch for a couple of days, but don't know if I will be able to this year. Damn work.
Nothing better than seeing a Tasmanian doing something on the big stage.
Boland will probably get MOTM, but geech, 96 runs out of 343 runs total, plus a wicket and catches. What a debut.
yeah, I missed that annoucement. That Would make more sense..But Feb is the month a lot of players take a break.
Anyway, Something has to give with this calendar regardless.
They already have the end-of-year champs. The greedy kingdom should be v.happy with that
It did seem overly early.
Thing is, I better get used to it, and so should the players. If the Saudi Masters come into the calender, they either have to start the season earlier, Shift the Aus Open a week or 2 backwards, or remove a bunch of Aussie tournaments. Personally, knowing tennis, it...
The Scorchers have always been popular out West. Test Cricket has been "struggling", but people overrate crowds and compare it to Melbourne or Sydney. Melbourne Especially, as a test start and end during the holidays is a massive advantage
it seemed they cared more about the "3rd man in" Te Rangi, who escalated the incident.
honestly, think it was well handled.
JC on the bench is working great. Deng also massive in the last.
The testing and the punishments.
My education needed or more defined rules. I don't know what the answer is. But there seems to be a lot of failed tests going on ATM
yeah. The Hobart Hurricanes used to have a match on X-Mas Eve, but still the players complained. This was despite the fact the Canes only played a Melbourne team and on X-Mas Eve Afternoon, so everyone would be back home before X-mas.
The NBL has gone all in on X-mas games. I will catch the...
Its quite funny seeing the mental gymnastics the MAGA group is already doing about Greenland and Panama
Some say it's a joke, while others think he's serious. The serious ones are scary. Outlining why it was such a bad deal 50 years ago or how having bases in Greenland is in the strategic...

I would back Turkey to beat Russia in a war nowadays. Heck, they already beat Russia in Armenia. so, 2-0 to the Turks.
Russia has spent 400 years bashing up the Turks. One thinks if Russia continues its run of "success", Central Asia could be next. More Turkey and China, less Russia.
Turkey...
