Great news but he needs to be player coach!
C: Clark Crouch Gresham
R: Marshall Hayes Steele
That's a midfield that would strike fear into the heart of the opposition! Even at his age Lenny would easily best 22
Is Tom Atkins worth holding? 5 round average under 70 very concerning. Doesn't seem to be getting that many less touches on paper but has his role reverted to more pure defensive now?
So Adelaide and Geelong both beat high quality teams away from home, North put Hawthorn away in 2 quarters then coast to a win. Meanwhile we almost knock off the ladder leaders.
Is it possible that the 3 sides that have flogged us will be 3 of the better sides this year, and it's not all as...
Who do we have in the reserves who can actually kick a fkucing sherrin straight? That is honestly the beginning and end of our issues for mine. It was on show all of last year, it was there again against the Lions and it completely sunk any chance we had yesterday.
I'm not saying St Kilda couldn't have drafted and traded better BUT this 'analysis' is ludicrous. Hindsight is 20/20 and you could make just about any clubs trading and drafting look terrible by cherry picking players who 'could' have been drafted, including the reigning premiers:
2013...
Hi all, I'm gonna be in Auckland on Friday wpuld love to catch the prelim. Anyone know a place that'd show it? Are rhe places in the post above still open? Google has been absolutely no help (this thread is one of about 3 relevant results that come up).
Luke Brown or Terlich? Crows could be in for a big win/easy touches down back vs the Dogs, but Terlich is playing GWS and Brown was atrocious last week.
Would I be better off with not quite premium MID/FWD (don't have any other dual mid/fwd in the middle atm) or mid priced MID only plus cash?
e.g. for examples sake: Lewis (in mids) vs Rich + cash.
I'm in a tight spot in that if I go for the MID/FWD I will be practically out of cash.
Left my team very late this year, Any feedback greatly appreciated!
Team so far is:
B: Shaw, Birchall, Fisher, Vlastuin, Goodes, Stevenson, Terlich, Wright
C: Ablett, Pendlebury, Cotchin, Thompson, Lewis, Moloney, Mitchell, O'Meara, Crouch, Viney
R: Cox, Blicavs, Rowe, Currie
F: Franklin...
I have both. Might be biased but Riewoldts been consistently good scorer this season. Goodes could score highly, but ,maybe it's just me, I have a gut feeling he's gonna sink a few teams come finals with a 50 odd.
for me Lewis vs Scotland vs Maric (to replace Cameron, Bugg and Giles...
Thoughts on Chaplin anyone? Played every game, $419 with a BE of 72, averages a touch under 90 (94.3 if you take away his one completely terrible score, 37 against the hawks two rounds ago).
Looking at him as a 7th defender so don't need huge scores and at the moment he seems the best value...
I would say Waters if you can afford him, although Carrazzo is definitely better value for money.
My dilemma is should I bring in Campbell (dogs ruckman) or Gibson (roos mid) to free up cash?
And then with said cash should I upgrade Bugg or Mohr?
Cheers
Have Cox, McEvoy, Giles and Stephenson as my rucks.
Cox particularly and McEvoy are underperforming, with Giles outscoring them.
Thinking of trading one of them to bring in another premium in the midfield. Am I crazy? They're both gonna lose a lot of value in the coming weeks especially Cox
So I'm trading thinking about trading Shaw out.
Tossing up between Deledio - my spare cash, Hurn + some cash and Scotland.
Leaning towards Deledio as I've had Hurn before and he's disappointed, and I don't think Scotland will maintain the same level of scoring this year as last.
Any thoughts?
