Isn’t that the problem that they chose to go with the cheaper Chinese steel that turned out to have faulty welds in it. Think about the extra revenue they could have got by not having to redo faulty work.
I think I’m right in saying the last time we sacked a coach was in 1988 when John Devine got the flick. 35 years ago. How many AFL clubs can say they haven’t sacked a coach in 35 years!
Yeah I’m another fan in Brisbane disappointed to read this when I received the email. i Suspect I can just turn up on the night and buy a single ticket at the gate?
Yes I only got the $50 again because I had subscribed on day 1 in 2012 and so when I tried to renew in 2013 it there was a stuff up and I contacted the AFL and Telstra and they allowed me on the $50 again.
I certainly won't be keeping the monthly subscription beyond the end of the season...
I subscribed to the app through my Telstra mobile in 2012 with the annual pass costing $50 and I was able to get that deal again last year however Telstra texted me to say this year they will charge me $10 a month through my mobile account. I'm on Prepaid and don't use up all my credits each...

Apparently the TAC pumped in $200k to the club this year.
If this footballer only had a brain...
I have this awful feeling we're gonna lose on Saturday night. Neil Balme says Julia Gillard will do the ceremonial 'switching on' of the lights. Everything she touches goes pear shaped. Personally I reckon G Ablett Senior should have switched on the lights. It's only right that God lets there be...
Luke Darcy is just the pits, and I don't know anyone who likes him on the Ch 7 coverage. Maybe we should start a social media campaign to take him off Saturday Night Footy and we label it 'GIVE DARCE THE ARSE'.
So I'm not the only one then. Really tired of such a poor service. Apart from complaining to the TIO fee like calling a few footy call back lines on the radio to tell everyone how bad the service is. Who's with me?
The club have posted pics of the 2nd tower now completed. Looks good all except it seems to be pointed in a slightly off direction ie more along the boundary line than directly facing the ground. Probably just the angle the photo was taken from.
Yeah the new screen at the re-developed SCG is 272 square metres so that's what I call 'mega'

I'm on the Telstra mobile subscription from last year and am getting a total fail on the video. Been on the phone to Telstra and they claim it's an issue with everyone (everyone on the 3G subscription) so I'm buggered until they fix it. If anyone has the 3G video working please lt me know.
When you try to access some premium content and the new subscription options appear there's a button if you were a subscriber in 2012. Unfortunately when I selected that option on my iphone (with my wifi switched off) it still didn't work and the button doesn't appear for me any more. Please...
The thing that gets me is they say if you're an existing subscriber your subscription will roll over unless you cancel but that if you have the $50 annual subscription (like me) it will continue on the monthly plan. Why? I want to stay on the $50 annual plan.
I watched the full presser and what you claim is completely wrong.
If you quoted from another thread on BigFooty, link to it. Otherwise we can only assume to pulled this one out of your arse.
I'm calling bullish*t on this one. McLauchlan hasn't done anything of the sort. See the link for an example of his language

Interesting. Will certainly make the service available to more people but not likely those on mobile plans due to their limited download limits. I'm on Telstra prepaid plan with a credit balance to the season pass doesn't cost me anything other than a dent in my existing credits. Just remember...
This is potentially outside the AFL's hands. ASADA can make a recommendation and if disputed by the AFL, take it to an independent tribunal.
Watch this video starting from the part with 5:20 remaining...
Wrong. ASADA CAN ban clubs from competition for a period. This was confirmed by the former head of ASADA on Fox Sports News today. Sanctions can include fines, loss of competition points or suspension from competition. This requires proof that senior execs were complicit in the doping.

My impression of the comments was that the multiple AFL clubs have problems with illicit drugs rather than performance enhancing. PEDs are of more of concern to NRL clubs.
