Because there is no cohesion in the "brand". If the red on red is what the club wants, why are they only using it very minimally? It's reeks of no-one could decide what way to go so they did both. What other clubs have different colour logos all over the "brand"?I know we arent traditional or whatever crap they are peddling but it just feels amateur hour more than a statement.
