I'll always take pleasure in being right about this one and laughing at the people who thought we take Ben King. When the club trade for Steven May it wasn't for 2019, it was 2019-23/4/5 however long.
It was a trade to help us win a premiership, had we gone to the draft and taken King instead of May we might still be mid table, stuck in mediocrity.

Brav ******* o to whoever pulled the trigger for having the balls to try and win a premiership and not just be the safe MFC that's achieved fu** all.
Do you need a nap?
U seem very cranky mr

Back with a zinger. The May trade has paid off handsomely, he's awesome and a real cog. But are you seriously saying that an elite young full forward would have seen us slip about 10 places on the ladder? May has been great but King has kicked 32.14 in a pretty junk team at 20 years of age. You would be utterly thrilled with either of them, so this is a weird ****ing chest thump when you could have rightly gone on about the real winning trade - Hogan for May.

Yes I'm saying that, we needed a full back to hold our team together much more than a young forward.
May is holding our back 6 together, our forward line is interchangeable.
This year right now we would be far worse off with King instead of May.

Nothing to do with King being good or bad, he's very good. More that the club pulled the trigger and it could win us a flag.

He started shaky as fu** but in the end he kept Naughton to a spectator.
Played the GF with a hamstring tear and just pushed through it

I forgot Naughton played.

Goody saying that he had a 7cm tear in his hamstring on the Sunday footy show and they didn't tell him, got better as the game went on, incredible, his third quarter when the dogs were dominating was ****ing good.
