Too far too gone. Needed to be recognised earlier, a leader would see it and intervene. He didn’t.

With all the change in coaches and admin, it was up to the skipper and leadership group to look after the lad. The leadership group are all responsible. Jy is part of it.

TT is an adult and was punished for making a mistake with his poor behaviour. Even children can work out if they do the wrong thing and get punished that they shouldn't do it again.

The fact he continued to make that same mistake despite the efforts of those at the football club is 100% Tarryn's responsibility.

There is so many things which are reasonable to criticise Jy about including his leadership, football etc. but you can't blame him for everything purely because you dislike him.

Just because you retrospectively look to blame Jy for everything, doesn't make these "failures" true.

You're like the people who criticise every decision the list management team has made in the last five years. You have a view of things and frame every thing you see in a manner that supports that view whether you are objectively correct or not. There's a name for this process, its called confirmation bias.

I'm backing him in to have a big year.

Each and every year we bring in some fitness freak(s) from other clubs, and it seems like each year Jy goes to another level and beats them out in time trials, repeat sprints, etc.

Saw a bit of training the other day and watched him just dominate the repeat sprints through sheer will.

Plus he also hits the gym.

The forgotten man a bit.
