Nope. Front on view clearly shows Rojo with shirt pulling away from the Hull defender - this is what the ref saw.

It's not a conspiracy; it's not "bullshit" - it's just poor and "unlucky" defending. Keep that shirt pull on the ref's blindside and its fine.
