2008 Predictions

Ladder

1 – Hawthorn – Getting about ripe, KPP need to stand up
2 – Geelong – Could win the flag again, don’t think they will be as dominant
3 – Port Adelaide – I expect more improvement from the young well coached team
4 – Essendon – We will surprise a few, Knights is the greatest thing that could have happened to us
5 – West Coast – Still a good side
6 – St Kilda – Hopefully they have a good run with injury
7 – Carlton – They will be exciting
8 – Collingwood - Losing Bucks and Clement will hurt but the nucleus is still there
9 – Brisbane – Might even finish higher, they will challenge soon
10 – Fremantle - Query over their midfield. Harvey will be good for them.
12 – Melbourne – Will improve but not solid enough across the ground
13 – Sydney – Don’t think they have the stock to compete with other teams now
14 – Adelaide – Well disciplined so they could finish anywhere, but I think their window has closed
15 – Kangaroos – Will probably surprise everyone again, just don’t see them backing up last years effort
16 – Richmond – A lot of good players, but a few years away

And Geelong supporters get very jealous and assume a poster is a Hawthorn supporter just because they believe the Hawks will finish above them

ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!:D:D

why wod i be jealous of hawthorn wen i just saw my team win a flag by 119 points?????:confused:

i dont even think da hawks will make da 8 next year so why wod i be jealous of them????:confused:

if you want an alternate view
Cause the first one was c**pola
1. Geelong - too good can't have anywhere else
2. Hawthorn - will improve
3. Collingwood - almost there
4. Brisbane - with brown firing, they will look like a 2007 hawthorn
5. West Coast - Still around the top even without judd
6. Bulldogs - they are having a great preseason and will continue on
7. Port Adelaide - Will drop off a bit, still a contender
8. St Kilda - Will still dissapoint potential, but will make the finals
9. Kangaroos - unfortunate to not make the eight
10. Carlton - big movers but still too young
11. Sydney- Still a pretty good side
12. Melbourne - On the way up but needs to improve
13. Fremantle- High expectations destroy this side
14. Essendon - Better than the bottom of the ladder, not by much though
15. Richmond - Will improve in general, but still not win many games, more competitive
16. Adelaide - Will dissapoint, loss of welsh, hudson and ricciuto will hurt so much.

1. Hawthorn
2. Geelong
3. Collingwood
4. Port Adelaide
5. Brisbane
6. West Coast
7. North Melbourne
8. Adelaide
9. Sydney
10. Fremantle
11. St Kilda
12. Western Bulldogs
13. Carlton

Would love to see both North and Geelong finish outside the eight but I am being realistic.
