Would wait to see if Docherty is sub again this week or not. If not then I'd get him over Laird.

What is Wrights job security like though? Saints have quite a few out atm. Also Laird looked much better IMO. 17 possies and looked strong and composed vs Wrights 11 and score of 50 in SC.

i think wrights JS is better - Laird might make you cash quicker and with Luke Brown spudding it up he might actually have ok JS

Thanks I think Sando will love the way Laird goes about it, I will go with him most likely. Docherty I think has the most upside but worried about JS. Wright would be my last option as it stands out of those 3.

How is Luke Brown spudding it up in any way? He got concussed. Most Adelaide supporters have been pretty happy with him.

I think he means in terms of SC value as a rookie, Brown is not exactly the type of rookie that will gain price quickly, he will be a slow mooer.

okay lets call it spudding it up in terms of SC scoring - i dont give a rats how the crows fan see him and how he plays - all i care about is his sc scoring, and for many reasons, concussion, injury, tagging role etc etc etc he is spudding it up

Obviously, but you mentioned it in relation to job security. The coaches don't care about SC scoring, so when looking at job security it is important to look at their actual performance. Clearly he isn't scoring massively but I don't think he affects Laird's job security.

If he can smash out a 90 every week then he will be a good pick up, soon as he gets a 50 or a 60 then he will no longer be making you anymore money. So good luck to his owner, too bad they don't play Melbourne every week.

but lets be objective here and please go read what I said about Mayes again. If he can smash out a 90 every week then he will be a good pick up, soon as he gets a 50 or a 60 then he will no longer be making you anymore money. So good luck to his owner, too bad they don't play Melbourne every week.

I have Dixon and he has been great but i wouldn't even bring him in at this point,he could go to averaging 60 for the rest of the year. Shaw will get you 40' and 50' but you will average a 100 a game for the year.

Setanta is showing good goal kicking form and should be there all year and is 100k cheaper than Leuenberger who I really know nothing about. Setanta can have consistancy issues though

Just carry him. 2 weeks that is actually 2 weeks. Not like a "2 week injury" that ends up being 6 weeks.
