I think they played it safe this year with a view to really open up in next year's FA. And you know Roos won't hold back in chasing his player.

I agree people need to chill, just because we did well in bringing in Tyson while keeping a top 10 pick last year doesn't mean we can do it every year. If there's nothing out there then you don't go throwing high draft picks around.

Was actually 2 (maybe 3 if you include Hogan) big fish and all of them were KPF. A lot of early draft picks were given along with all that cash which amounted to nothing because he starved the midfield to the point where I have never seen and don't think I'll ever see a midfield as bad as they were under Neeld. The big 2 never played a single game together either.

Nothing Neeld did is worth talking up, all he did was make a bad situation worse.

Seeing the Lions get Beams and Christensen and the Dees only Garlett and Harry O is rather disappointing, especially with Picks 2,3 and 23 around, and especially with all the Dangerfield hype floating around the past few weeks.

There is so much space in the salary cap and it will have to be either front-ended with Chip implications later on, or hack footballers will need to be overpaid AGAIN.

Dees will be competing with the Saints for the wooden spoon in 2015, unfortunately.
