Jamison is looking like he need a very long rest. Rowe has gone backwards quickly - leaving us with no tall defenders. Tuohey is pretty much having to carry te whole defensive mess - being exposed continually - because he is good enough to get where the action is. Perhaps this is why there is talk of a Carlisle- because we need a developed defender - who can also go forward - means pretty much Henderson is gone - he is playing like he doesn't want to be at Carlton - and would take less from others.
Henderson isnt a free agent and neither is he an answer to any problem Carlton wishes to solve.

Jamison looks and plays like he's made of glass , just can't handle the rigors of AFL anymore .
Rowe just can't play .
Carlisle , Weitering and hopefully Giles would form a formidable trio going forward in defence .
Boy I wish Henderson was a free agent.
Wherever he's going , we can only hope an in principle agreement has already been made .

Of recent times, seeing how well the new/young blokes have tried, I think we should trade Yarran & try and get something for Jammo, but retain Hendo for CHB. He clearly doesn't like being the most depended upon player in forward line.
Yarran is silk & skill when switched on, but just looks an angry frustrated sook of late who doesn't want to be there anymore. Jammo's body is long gone, and his decision making is no longer reliable.
Not fair on the younger guys to have our Key players not putting in 100% when they are trying their guts out.
I'm slightly changing my opinion on Hendo. Perhaps the club has also. His either injured, confused or he knows he won't be wearing navy blue next year!
Yarran as disappointing as it is, seems to be doing his best "Jeppy" impersonations and looking disinterested. I have no idea if it's club or personal related but IMO we should be actively seeking a trade for him

Hendo and pick 20 for Geelongs picks 7 might get the deal done i reckon. I also wouldnt be surprised if Freo make a play for him, not sure there first pick will be enough though.

Wonder if SOS could swing a trade for Patton. Would have love to of held on to Yarran till the end of next year then got a compo pick tied to ladder position, but the way his going he won't be wroth anything at the end of next year.

Patton kicked 7 in the NEAFL this weekend, so it shouldn't be long before he is back playing in the AFL. It will be interesting to see how a forward line of Patton, Cameron & McCarthy functions. The answer to this could go a long way to determining whether Patton would ever be available for trade.

Zach Tuohy should put on the trade table, just to see if he might have any currency. He's the type of player that's handy but by no means indispensable.
Had he been left to ply his trade at CHB he'd be be our first picked every week.
He's a natural backman. He plays forward like a defender...looking for contact and trying to read the drop. No reason he can't be a premier CHB for the next 4-5 years if we come to our senses.
