Just wondering how Robbie would approach a contract negotiation...

I think it would be something along the lines of:

"I've made so much money off you morons that I couldn't care what you pay me this time around. Make whatever offer you want, I won't be able to hear it over my own laughter at the hundreds of thousands I've collected already lololololol!... ahhhh peace out bitches."

Just wondering how Robbie would approach a contract negotiation.

He'd be really good with the opening argument, then would have minimal impact on the rest of proceedings.
Just for fun, agree to a contract but tell him he has to sign it while it's above his head with his other hand also above his head.:D

He'd get the hit out but wouldn't it go down the opposition's throat more times than not?

No, I'm very calm about Dangerfield. If he wants to go to Geelong, so be it. I'm disappointed with the compo pick we get but then Hawthorn had to accept pick 19 for Buddy. I don't like Free Agency as it just makes the strong clubs stronger and all the compo picks created just dilutes the draft. But it exists so we live with it. FWIW, I could see why Tippett wanted to leave as well, just that in leaving it exposed the shonky deal that Trigg put together and those lost high draft picks are killing us right now.

My post was all about why anyone would think Aish would choose Carlton, a club not in his home state, a state with shit winter weather and a club in worse list condition than Brisbane. As I said, Essendon and Carlton would be the two least appealing clubs to join right now for different reasons. Even most of your own thinking supporters believe that.
Why would a young football want to live in the heart land of AFL footy, live in an international city, live in the worlds most liveable city(voted 3 of the past 5 years) live in 1 of the sporting capitals of the world?
Yeah, I can see why he would want to live in Adelaide.:drunk:

I think Warnock will be chased by other clubs. Mature ruckmen are in demand.
This may sound silly but I wouldnt be surprised if Warnock stays. We only have Kreuzer and Wood as our other ruck options so unless we can get another in on the cheap it may be worth keeping him.
If he is happy to stay on a reduced contract then I wouldnt mind if we kept him.

Carlton should just offer him $100k per year and $5000 per game - He has to play to earn decent coin and if his form doesnt warrant a game he earns min wage. Otherwise delist him and take him as a rookie , I would doubt any other team would have any interest in him

He has made enough money from you blokes , Time to repay some of it
