How could any team offer players or trade picks for Carlisle with the WADA appeal hanging in the air. Essendon you and Hird made your bed 3 years ago and you should wear the consequences, not the team taking Carlisle. Even via the PSD we would be carrying the risk of him missing games.

Matt McDonough ( This kid is special and would play the role that Yarran has played for carlton but can also play midfield)
Matt Dea (HBF cant get a game due to Grimes and Batchelor playing well)

Just thinking about more ways for Schache to end up at Brisbane.

How about, AFL remove the games requirement for Father/Sons, but games played influences the discount:
- 0-50 Games - no discount, but first rights
- 50-100 Games - 10% discount
- 100-200 Games - 20% discount
- 200-300 Games - 50% discount - father was a loyal servant to the club
- 300+ Games - no draft picks required - instantly goes to the club where their father would be a legend.

Schache played 27 games for Fitzroy - therefore if we bid pick 2, Brisbane have to use pick 3 and slide down the order in the second round.

Would also mean Silvagni and Bradley could come in at no cost, and Rice would get the usual 20% discount.
