Tripe from Finch off the last ball.
It was a poorly bowled ball by Finch but the scorchers should've had that game wrapped with at least an over to spare IMO.

indeed but thats the great thing about T20. Games change in a heartbeat. It was a poorly bowled ball by Finch but the scorchers should've had that game wrapped with at least an over to spare IMO.
Shaun Marsh either hits 15 off 25, or 70 off 40 but he has to tick off the first before the second.
He's hands down the best cricketer from this state what are you on
I think the only place we could afford a player that eats dots is at the top, but the pitch was two paced and his confidence is shocking. Anyone with a qualification and watching him on the bench after he was dismissed could see it.Maybe Marsh shouldn't open if that's the case. When he gets out cheap he eats up balls during the powerplay when there's runs to be scored with the fielders inside the circle. I did wonder tonight the way he was going if he was playing like he wanted to get back into the test team.
What? None of those blokes are pushing for selection?Obviously a weaker strain of hallucinogens than you...
My point is he's given a free ticket to the big show without any form, and he burns power play balls with the best of them. T20 has taken the same turn as 50 over did a few years ago with the openers now pushing equally as hard as the last few over slog hitting.
As for the 'hands down' call .... Pah-leeeease, gilly, Lilley, Kim Hughes, rod marsh Etc all say hi
Small request Freo people - in my downtime, I've been writing a series of articles that have been getting run in an LGBTIQ publication - well more specifically the "L" part. In 2017, Australia is having the first ever Australian LGBTI Awards, a big gala black tie / red carpet event at the Sydney Opera House, and "li'l ol' me" has been nominated for an award in the journalism category. The awards recognise people who have made significant contributions to the LGBTI community in areas of sport (nominees include Matthew Mitcham, Daniel Kowalski, Alex Blackwell, Jason Ball), politics (Penny Wong, Louise Pratt + more), business, generally being a celebrity (Magda, Josh Thomas, Joel Creasey), an ally to the community... etc, etc. So a nomination is a reasonably big deal if you happen to be part of the community. My partner and I are flying over cos lord knows, I may never get a nomination for any sort of award again ever in my life. It's like the gay Logies!
Now to get the gong, you need to get the most votes - and you don't have to be queer to vote, just a very nice person. You don't even have to vote in every category, just the ones you want to. So, voting closes on 31st Dec, and if anyone feels so inclined, I would love it if you could click on the link below and go and throw a vote my way (category journalism, name has initials SF). I promise you you won't 'catch the gay' if you do - voting poses no threat to your heterosexuality at all.
Thanks!

"So this is what it feels like to be an Englishman?"How would you feel if you were a Pakistan player. Get to 443 and declare but still lose by an innings.
I voted for you donkey voted the rest, so when Lucy lawless wins ally of the year, and Turtle Cove wins best destination. You're welcome.
BBL (T20) is such a great product!

Did Warne say why? Surely he doesn't think that going from 5 days to 4 will bring the crowds back or increase TV ratings. Even he's not that dumb.I still can't believe Pakistan lost this test.T20 cricket mindset definitely helped.
I think Warne is right in saying test cricket should be played over 4 days compared to the traditional 5 days.
When people say to me, "Test match cricket is booring but i like T20", the conversation ends.
