Can I just ask why we haven't sold it out yet? It's pretty disappointing to be honest.

Have not come close to cracking 50k all year so it does not surprise me. I am sure we will have around 45,000 die hard Port fans there and it should be an atmosphere similar to the Richmond final.

At this stage it seems the extra 5k people that we had for lots of big games in 2014 has dropped off. Though in those games we were getting 50k they were against teams who were bringing a fair few fans across / decent supported base in SA.

The goal has to be to work towards getting over 40k every time we play at Adelaide oval no matter the opposition or time slot. Then you will start to see sell outs for finals etc.

Last home game at AO for 6 months. You'd think we could get 50k to round up some loose shrapnel.

Yeah, but this time of year there's a weird rationing of disposable income. You've got the Show, Father's Day, and people who are perhaps saving on the off-chance of us making an away Prelim and/or GF (tickets + travel, etc).

Should be a few walk-ups in the end in any case.

Fair enough I guess, not everyone has their priorities in the same order as me!

Macras - geez we need to stop his influence. Only seems to rise against us. 2 games this year he got off leash especially at start of gamest.....just watching replay of our win over in west.
yeah he tends to do well against us this is why I'm so P.O with Jonas and his childish acts. We are going to need every defender on there toes this week. It's ok to say stop the supply but we did last time we played them at AO and still lost.
68 to 39 inside 50s and we lost because they kicked easy goals when they went forward. More worried about this game than next week if we win.

For sure. Watching Trengove that game in West, he played a very poor game. I for one don't wear rose coloured glasses, I just don't think he really provides us anything up forward, very little in ruck and overrated in defense. Gets out marked quite a lot for so called big man with some mongrel. Prefer we play Westhoff more down back and continue playing the younger guys....

We should win but the umpiring is concerning

Don't even recognise the name of our umps which means no serial offenders. Hopefully that's a good thing.

FIELD umpire Curtis Deboy will oversee the first final of his career in Saturday night's elimination final between Port Adelaide and West Coast at Adelaide Oval.

In his third season, Deboy has officiated in 54 games in his career (23 this year) after umpiring the 2012, 2013 and 2014 SANFL Grand Finals.

What was the free kick count against us that day?

This will be my first live Port vs West Coast match.

I rarely get to see the WA, NSW etc. teams live in the flesh.
This is my third.

For the year.

:D
