Hopefully he didn't drownWhat ever happened to couldhavebeen ?
What sort of surgery?
Hopefully he didn't drown
Didn't know cows could swimI tried to get my son into Coulda's training methods.....wasn't a great success but I think it has merit.
What ever happened to couldhavebeen ?
God I can just imagine. He's on Dockerland.
He's on Dockerland.
Dockerland is still around?
Didn't know cows could swim
Sean’ Darcy’s starting to look positively gaunt. I wonder if they put him on the Tony Lockett diet?
Big Sean-2week setback.
You are my hero.I was at training, but missed the first hour or so. Sean Darcy didnt look too bad at all for mine. Only a minor injury Id say.. Still running and doing some kicking as well.
Paddy Sweeney is full of shit. When I was there Neale was joining in everything. He dominated some 3/4 length match sim ground drills. Brayshaw also looked terrific winning a heap of the ball in some extended match sim play. He also did a couple of terrific round down tackles. One tackle drew applause from the entire squad. Cerra also looked terrific in some contested ball work, as did North.
Ethan Hughes rejoined for part of the main training stuff will continuing to run a heap of laps. Looked insanely quick. Blakely missed quite a few kicks today and both Sutcliffe and D.Pearce kicked over the head of leading targets way too often. Logue's long kicking is great, but his short kicking still needs a bit of work.
Alex Pearce isnt joining in everything still and seems to be doining a ton of gym work. Tabs and Nyhuis are still in recovery, but kicking the footy and looking close to a return. While Kersten, Johno, Dixon and Switkowski continue to build fitness running laps.
Fyfe touch is back to his best. Again he is spending a lot of time as the deepest forward player in drills.
They are still spending a lot of time practicing Sandy hitting the ball to roving players in a marking contest. Not sure what that means for the gameplan.
Ross spent a lot of time directing Luke Ryan giving advice to him when to run of his man in match sim play.
Brady Grey continues to make every post a winner and put everything into every drill he competes in. Did some great kicking today as well.
Not sure there is much more to report, but there was a full media contingent present when I left so there should be something in the news tonight about the Freo preseason.
Missed any reports on it but the AFL website says the Freo boys have already had their 3km time trial, where Billy won and set a PB. Impressive. Fyfe finished fifth; he's unassumingly quick over 2-3km.
I did notice the similarities but the 2017 one was done on a 41 degree day and Brad didn't set a personal best. That's because the journalist was looking at the 2017 results

Honestly the standard of AFL journalism is so bad you can't make this stuff up
