We have better players on our list than some of those who are claimed to be elite.

As our performances improve, so will our player ratings.

Nah, just my guess. He's the CFO that sits on the Football Strategy and List Management committees. He's far too involved in operations for his skill set and gut feel is that the review has uncovered financial issues with Fagan's side dabbles. That only happens with this guy's assistance or incompetence. Or the opposite and he's white anted Fagan and will be our next CEO.

I know most in here have pretty much written him off (including myself), but he's come into this offseason looking in as good a shape as anyone on the list. The guy's looking ripped!

Improved haircut bodes well. Seems to have changed body shape a lot. A lot of our players seem to have done that this offseason. Some have taken weight off, like Fog and Crouch, others have put it on, like Davis. I wonder if Nicks has very clear views on what weights and shapes people should have for particular roles. I've never heard of a club doing that so specifically, but hey, if it gets an advantage, I can live with it.

Will Hamill looks to have completely changed body shape over the off-season. If he doesn't lose any pace, then he could be in for a breakout year.

One thing is for sure - we won't be able to say that the boys haven't put the work in over the off season. They look fitter than any group I've seen for a long time.
