Hmm MacDonald/Ward/McCartin to Windhager?

If they all play of course if 1 is rested it makes it the choice easier
i'm reluctant to trading McCartin only because he's a viable safety net in the future. With no cheap defenders with decent JS, who can score above 30 (thanks SDK)... he's probably a lot more valuable than his coin, coz he might save you trades in the future

Hahah agree, but it’s a big risk with the hammy to come back after a week, Particularly given they travel to Perth
Problem is its a risk either way from a fantasy perspective.

If you use 2 trades to upgrade him to steele or touk, you have basically put yourself behind in upgrading your team for a week, and potentially wasted 2 trades. If you dont, you risk losing the point difference each week between your bench player and steele/touk. Which is probably 50-60pts a week.

I dont see trading him as any less risky than keeping him... thats why its such a dilemma.... But if rachele goes bang for 100 this week, then i'd not have lost anything if i keep him!! hahah

Do people think Brayshaw can keep this sort of average up for the year? I am targeting mids who can go massive first (130+). Already have Steele, Neale Macca.

It's either Brayshaw or Keays this week. Who do we trust more? I don't trust Bailey Smith. Next targets will be Touk and Tracc but doesn't make sense to get them now with their huge breakevens. Leaning Brayshaw. A guy who can go 180 in fantasy is pretty rare.

Brayshaw looks amazing.... only thing that can stop him now is fyfe or a hard tag... my issue with brayshaw is his price now.... Is he worth the coin difference between other players? thats the main question you have to ask yourself... for me, i'm waiting for the touk price drop, and just upgrading other positions

I have 150k in bank, so can get him to most premiums without affecting me Mccartin to NOD move (teams pending). But can also do Rowell to Heeney with that money. It’s a tough one. As you say can put you a week behind with upgrades, but if it pushes out to a 2 week injury you loose big points to those who traded

I think I was lucky having spare cash from the week before. Rowell to Bailey Smith - Smiths BE is only 71 and 2 of 3 scores over 130. Bloke is a jet.
Conner MacDonald downgrade to Kai Lohmann.

Rachelle was a lot of coin sitting on the bench so moved from forward bench to starting mid, and Cripps to utility position.

Change in starting 22 is Rachelle and Bailey Smith for Rowell and Cripps, I think that is about evens and I have Cripps ready to move straight back in upon return.

if hayes doesn't get named this week, who do we like better out of hayes and Greg Clark. Need hayes to be able to dpp my way to Rachele getting the Cripps e instead of mead

I think it is tbh. Don’t want it to be 2 weeks, would look a silly hold. I’m heavy on round 12 bye premiums so trading Cripps also alleviates that
I’m still torn. I really love the idea of holding, because it basically means you end up 1 premium ahead of everybody who sideways trades him. But yeah, the whole “he should be fine” is alarming. If holding, we really needed to hear that it was a done deal and he’s in next week for sure.

Yep, would have been good to hear “just a precaution, he’ll be back next week”

So sorry for the stupid question but when do we find out if NOD is playing? I was hoping to field him over McCartin but that's scratched so looking to trade him in now for Gibcus to at least get the healthy $$ - but will we know if NOD is in before the Richmond game?

I enjoy playing Fantasy......but my god its become so bloody time hungry to play!
