What like Roberto Harvey?
Yeah or Brian Royal or Gary O'Donnell or Donald McDonald or Matty Egan, maybe Yze or Caracella or Burns now. Hard to know but there's often a reason they never quite make the leap to a senior job.

looks like Joffa won’t be attending any more games of footy. You always hope things like that aren’t true.

Nice guy Ratts rubbed a lot of players the wrong wayFormer Essendon and St Kilda player Jake Carlisle to pull the boots on for EDFL club Craigieburn
The 31-year-old hasn't played since retiring from the AFL.www.zerohanger.com
Jake Carlisle playing for Craigieburn with assistant coaching duties next year. It will be interesting to see if he gets a taste for coaching on a higher level. The way he left our club left a bad taste in my mouth.
Although admittedly less than the way he entered our club.
Was well known that Ratts didn’t have anytime for JakeNice guy Ratts rubbed a lot of players the wrong way
Have a lot of respect for Carlisle rucking for us in 2021 with a cooked back

Might have been my favourite player of that era. There were times during the richo era when Jake was the only guy to show up ready to play football for weeks at a time.Nice guy Ratts rubbed a lot of players the wrong way

Spot on.Might have been my favourite player of that era. There were times during the richo era when Jake was the only guy to show up ready to play football for weeks at a time.
The way the company hung him out to dry at times was pathetic. And the way nobody came to his defense on field was putrid. He had a ton of heart and I loved that about him.
Rattens stubbornness on not playing carlisle at the back end of 2020 used to drive me madWas well known that Ratts didn’t have anytime for Jake
Even managed to piss Billings off, now there is a feat.He managed to piss quite a few off for a relationship coach.

Often he looked like one of the few, like Gears, who actually gave a sh*t.Apparently he wasn't great for the culture, not exactly making the younger players feel included and empowered. I liked him on field but based on what I've heard I'm not sure I disagree with Ratts on this one.
2020 he was so integral to our backline functioning. Still believe the backline looked its best with him taking the biggest forward to free up dougalNice guy Ratts rubbed a lot of players the wrong way

I can see him not the chummiest with the newer players but he was good mates with PaddyApparently he wasn't great for the culture, not exactly making the younger players feel included and empowered. I liked him on field but based on what I've heard I'm not sure I disagree with Ratts on this one.
