Yeah but you can't really sell someone a spot on the list by telling them that they're replacement for when x player gets injured.Yeah i get that and understand he didn't do much to impress but its handy to have depth.
We had a golden injury run in 2022 which won't be replicated in 2023 so we are going to need guys like him to fill holes for extended periods. We can all argue that Meek, Darcy and to a lesser extent Logue are role players or not best 22 but they're all still valuable and will prove to leave big holes when injuries inevitably hit the team.
Tucker never lived up to his pre-hammy form unfortunately. Can you really guarantee that he's better depth at the moment then say erasmus or johnson? They've still got so much to go before reaching their ceiling, and could very well have breakout years next year. The same can't be said about Tucker. We've seen his celing for our team. I feel he'll probably play a lot better with North, but we've seen what he can do for us and its notgreat.
