This is basically the entire reason Von gets signed to that sort of sham contract - so that his agents can brag about things like this even if they are only technically true and their clients didn't get the money the headlines suggest they might

Only change to current over time rule is no coin toss home team gets the ball make home advantage matter is what i would do. Away team would try to win it in regulation.
I'd give the choice to the team that lost the original coin toss. Plenty of teams go 2 for 1 possessions before/after half time so give the option to the OT team.

But the Titans proposal is dumb.
