I thought the one at the front there was Will but wasn’t sure who the other one was.
The one sitting in the front is definitely Will Ashcroft and I think the one standing up behind him is Jaspa Fletcher, but I'm not 100% on that.

Lions social media team stretching reality just a tad there, doesn't look intense to me, I show more intensity than that when I wrestle my grandsons.
Yeah strange thing to write, unless you’re taking the pee eye double five

The descriptor and the vision doesn't exactly match. When I viewed it I thought, if this is the intensity we bring into 2022 we won't have to match a bid for young Ashcroft at number one. We'd be picking at one. :)

Has been training very well and with confidence in his body. I think the biggest hurdle Cocky had to overcome is the anxiety and stress of not trusting his own body. It's taken time, care and nurturing, but we're now seeing a guy who trusts his body, trusts recovery and above all else is gaining confidence and belief in his ability as a player.

Wilmot must have known Birch was getting a coaching gig because I distinctly remember him saying he was excited to get up and learn from Hodge and Birch and thought he must have forgotten Birch had retired. Good to see like Hodgey he's staying at the club at a certain capacity.

So what is Birch's role - runner?

Looked that way to me. Those hats though! 🤦‍♂️

I wore hats like that at school and got teased relentlessly about it.

Jokes of the bullies, at least 2 of them got skin cancer.

Looks like the fixture will be released next week, YAY! With the first 8-9 rounds dates and times locked in, makes it so much easier to plan a footy trip.

The AFL is reportedly set to release the men’s fixture next week, with the first eight or nine rounds locked in and the ensuing match-ups confirmed but not the timeslots.

This would allow 2021’s floating fixture format to continue, with blocks of rounds revealed across the season and teams placed into primetime positions on merit.
