Trade the picks for multiple picks and use those picks to trade for experienced players.
Don't need any more young players that are more unproven than normal due to Covid and not playing the last 2 years.

That bloke Knightmare on the Draft board doesn't even have Gibcus in his top 20. Might be better just to take the best player.
Be surprised if we have pick 3 to use on draft night anyway. There are a lot of options available if it's not used to trade a player. Several re-building teams would be keen. Or just split it and take a few talls later on.

Yeah I'm not saying he's right or wrong. Think with a pick that high you take the best player though. Draft for needs with later picks.
