Ashcroft, Rozee, Taranto and Phillipou.
I think he's toying with us.
Someone who's as good at this as #DaTBird187 couldn't possibly pick a squad as poor as that.

I really like this team. I imagine mine will be pretty similar. My backline will probably be a little different but midfield, rucks and forwardline will likely be very similar.Knocked up this team while watching the Aust v SA 3rd Test

No Cogs is interesting though
Budget constraints, cant have them all and I think Taranto with the mid time he will get at Richmond is better value than Cogs especially in RDT
Ideally I'd got to try find a way to squeeze Dunkley in there as well

My first effort. Very weak backline but i love all other lines. May drop Rowbottom or Newcombe off to strengthen backline. My forwardline pretty much picked itself.
I thought Coffield was yet to train with the main group.

I believe that is correct. I have since made changes so coffield went up to Sinclair and Macrae dropped down to a rookie
My starting squad which will probably change 100 times between now and the start of year.
With Taranto and Hopper gone, Green will become GWS' number 1 or 2 mid. Mitchell will now go back to his piggish days with more CBAs at Collingwood. My biggest punt at this stage is Thomas. Hoping he can get back to his 2021 form. I also feel that Ward will be one of Hawthorn's leading mids this year.

New team. Managed to squeeze Cunnington in for Fyfe.
Have some doubts about Bowes getting games at Geelong.

I can't seem to pick a team like you guys...when I try to register it says I already have a team. Seems to be stuck on 2022 I think. Is the game trying to tell me I should sit this year out?

I reckon he will earn his spot in the pre season games but you're right that he is definitely on the fringes. If he is named for round 1 i expect he will be very popular. I might have to think about a contingency plan if he isnt named though.

Haha. I like that your team is different, im sure going with your gut was what lead you to your success anyway. Plus, at this point, you have the runs on the board.
I dont see any reason to give into group think.
Now tightwads like me can tinker with our teams.
Parish isn't in full training yet. Not sure he's a good option to start with.
I have 4 of your premiums plus 3 of your onfield rooks. Fair to say we see things somewhat differently.
