he either needed to nail it to win me 120 or pass it to petracca who could of won me 160 and neither happened
Fritsch and Brown goals were totally bonus at the end, no way they score those goals with the Lions with a 40pt lead.

Could be another power outage there... 🔌🔌 😆

Noah Long had 5 touches inside 50 last week, finished with a goal.

GWS struggled to contain small forwards last week, with Rankine and Rachele combining for 5.6

Keays McAdam and Pedlar also combined for 3.2

.5u each Long 3+ 4+, $22 $81, ts

Harry Rowston comes into the GWS side, ostensibly to replace Josh Kelly.

Could see Ward going into the middle and Rowston spending most of the game forward, but who knows?

Rowston was a noted goalkicker in junior footy.

.5u each Rowston 2+ 3+, $10 $26, tab

Jake Waterman kicked 3.3 in the WAFL last week and a bag in the practice match a few weeks ago.

Comes in this week seemingly to replace Jamieson, who spent half the game on the bench in Rd 1.

Hopefully will only spend minimal time in the ruck and the rest of the game forward, could be a handful.

.5u each 4+ 5+, $26 $81, ts

Petrevski-Seton also scored two goals in the WAFL last week but his odds are not generous for some reason.

1.00 unit Butters 2+ @ 13 (PB)
0.15 units Butters 3+ @ $67 (PB)
Kicked 2 goals against Pies last year at the MCG. Being labelled forward pocket as well. His goal per game (1.4 goals per game) ratio is the best at any ground in Australia and that includes the Adelaide Oval.

0.1500 units Nick Daicos 2+ Goals @ 19 (PB)
0.0625 units Nick Daicos 3+ Goals @ 81 (PB)

Been labelled next to the full forward and even if he doesnt play there the whole game, he has the capability to sneak forward and snag goals and set up score involvements.

1.00 unit De Goey 3+ @ $8. (TAB)

Polled 3 Brownlow votes in the game against the Power last year. I think he will get scoring involvements and chances on goals. Not too keen on laddering his goals , as I feel 3 is an achievable number given his style of play.

Georgiadis likely to get the 3rd best defender, and with no Howe for Collingwood, I sense there might be an opportunity. Dixon and Marshall only scored 1 goal each last year and I think there is better value looking around other Port players for goals. (Rioli, Powell-Pepper as well)
1.0 unit Georgiadis 3+ Goals @ $10 (SB)

Last years fixture at the MCG, saw Port Adelaide beat Collingwood by 201 AFL Fantasy Points. I can see a similar sort of game to last year, so will be looking at possibly parlaying disposals or AFL Fantasy points. Collingwood will want to play their fast tempo style of footy, whilst I sense a slower game will favour Port. I quite like Rozee to win his Group A consisting of (Wines, Rozee, Butters, Horne-Francis, N Daicos, Mitchell, De Goey, Pendlebury). He got most disposals last year in this game at the MCG. He got 83% of CBA as well in Round 1 against Brisbane, which was the highest percentage of any game compared to 2022. Coach of Collingwood also said this week, Tom Mitchell role isnt to stat pad in this line up.

Rozee Most Disposals Group A - $8.50 (SB)

My free Sportsbet Free hit , which I feel like correlates well is, Butters to get at least 1 goal, Rozee disposals and Port to cover the +10.5 handicap. Was thinking of taking match odds but i think this has the potential to be a low scoring game which could go either way. And ill add in Rozee to get his 25+ Disposals, purely because I think Port play a different style away from home and will slow down the pace. All of these legs would have cleared in last years fixture. In an ideal world, this bet should be around the $7.50 mark or so but with a free hit , im happy to take it at a slightly lower price.

Butters 1+ Goal
Port Adelaide +10.5 Handicap
Rozee 25+ Disposals
Odds: $6.50
Bet refund if any leg fails (SB)

Ill look out for some more multis closer to game time.

Congrats on the Zorko win boys, I had a feeling id pay for not consulting fellow degens before tonight's game.

Samson train 4.75, 15 & 70 for 2,3,4..
All credit goes to the poster below, one for listening to MMM and two for getting the information straight from the horses mouth.

Degens dont need much to back a goal scorer, even just glancing forward enough for us to react, but when a player tells you he is playing forward less than an hour before the game, you load up and worry about the bills later.

Zorko on triple m said he's playing forward. Worth a nibble for $3.35 AGS on SB.
