It is NOT the same, and if you think that the Pies are in any way hypocritical to criticise the Swans' treatment of Daicos while "turning a blind eye" to one Collingwood player messing with one Saints player, then you actually need to watch the vision of what the Swans were doing and reflect on that being Caminiti and those Swans players doing that to him and how much worse that is.

Yep, one is arguably a weekly footy incident turned "oopsie" with positioning, the other is straight targeted actions. Nothing comparable with them at all in intent.

The crux being thw Dees think the tribunal didn;t apply the rule correctly and limited the scope about how you spoil and impact the facial structure of an opponent. I'd agree on this point, as Gleeson is a moron and as if he understands human anatomy, physics and the world around him, but I digress...

They then did a travesty and showed Johno Brown marking over a Hawk and not Rooey kneeing Milney in the face and soaring over some Swans, so Dees obviously losing this thanks to that abortion of a case study jumping from 1909 to 2002.

The AFL commbatted with modern weaponry, because as if they have memory dating back that far if you look at their record keeping, cited that essentially you can be in position to do legal things and **** it up by being careless and that if this is thrown out then we might as well launch players into space as free reign and anarchy. We can just walk in on appeal, state a law application and allow Gleeson to wax lyrical for almost 3 hours so we can win an appeal. Then again, it's Rushy so 3 weeks is probably spot on regardless.
