Agreed, but there has to remain in our game a duty of care aspect. With the rise of CTE awareness, I just don't know how that type of action isn't classified as careless. Can't answer on knees in marking contests, that will always be an outlier.
Not sure how we call it an accident if you launch yourself like Maynard did.
