Me too. Perfect response to the Dumpsplash (thanks Moquio) of a Saints fan in our cheer squad no less who allegedly racially abused this young indigenous player.

Great reminder to that person of the club he or she represents and the racist shit our own indigenous players have had to endure and probably still do.

Some Saints fans act like we're above it all because of Winmar's stance; tonight, JUH sent them a message too.

I went to quite a few Saints games at Subiaco Oval back in the 90s when Winmar was playing and I never heard anything racist.

That was down the Saints supporters end though where there was the Winmar clan, they took a couple of bays just on their own.

That’s the real problem. Why would an 18 year old want to live in Tassie. I went there many times when I was young and it’s a great place to visit. For about a week at that age.

He gave frees away because he wasn’t good enough to stop a 20 year old kid. He was very ordinary but I’m glad he got another chance. I’m certain umpires don’t hate him.

I heard an old Saints fan at Waverley back in the late nineties give Nicky a slice of old school racism, can't remember if he'd moved to the Dogs by then or not but I knew Nicky's history by then and it didn't sit well with me.

Obviously, neither I or anyone else said anything to the old fart - maybe nowadays I would, so I guess that's a kind of progress.

I yelled out "He's not your missus Farmerr" That got a good laugh even from Freo supporters so it wasn't racist.

When he starts to talk of the 'good old days' (old St.Kilda memories, random videos, songs) it's a sign that he's had a few too many. It's like when you buy a car and then see them all over the road. You'll notice it all the time now. Probably best to skim past - I don't quite understand the joke either lol

Well it’s swings and roundabouts unless you think the umpires or the afl or both would rather the dogs win than Brisbane. I’d say the afl would rather Brisbane win.

I reckon he'll get games still. Don't think he was too bad, the defensive line actually held up well despite the loss. They were bombarded all night and the issues were further up the field. The front half were terrible and the mids average. He did a few nice things and a few inexperienced mistakes, he'd be lucky to have played 15 games at the top level. He's got great pace for his height.

I remember a crazy dickhead screaming racist rants at Milera and TDL. People were uncomfortably shifting but too scared to say anything. By that era it was pretty rare.
