That's the problem with all rulesThe problem with the dissent rule is the inconsistency, they pluck out one free while ignoring other similar examples so no one knows where the line is.

It's annoying how the games on Sunday overlap with each other, they brought this up on AFL 360 last week, with only 3 games it shouldn't happen.

I can’t see how they can avoid overlapping in most rounds. It's annoying how the games on Sunday overlap with each other, they brought this up on AFL 360 last week, with only 3 games it shouldn't happen.

That’s why it’s a great game watch. That's the problem with all rules
bloody hell, even the tackle was before the playon call
How can umpires be dropped for one error. Imagine if footballers were. How can anyone defend that
And the ump needs a rest for more then a week
The problem with the dissent rule is it shouldn’t exist. It should simply be umpire abuse. It’s not a crime to disagree or even say that you disagree. Just rule out any disrespectful and aggressive interactions with umps.

But they still overlap most weeks. You would have to play freo or wce every Sunday or start games at 6. Surely that’s to late on a Sunday. That's what the rule used to be, where only outright abuse was penalised, now players can be penalised just for questioning a decision.
As so often happens the AFL have brought in new rules to make it even more confusing and inconsistent which just annoys players and supporters.
Well they could have started the first game today earlier, it started an hour later than it normally does which just makes the problem even worse.
Reigning premier starts the season 0-3 - couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of campaigners imo
The moon landing all over again. If Geelong loses at the Gold Coast, and no one is there to see them lose, did they really lose?
Metaphysics on a Saints thread.
Unique post.
Or at least have a handy coach.Dees looking good. Geelong go 0-3, but they have a lot of injuries. You'd have to be some kind of superstar, elite club to be winning games with the amount of important outs that Geelong have had.
What about a clown saints supporterBT talking about the ladder: "only 3 teams undefeated, St Kilda, surprisingly..."
Surprisingly for a half-wit media clown maybe
We now have the highest percentage as well as equal most wins. And only 2 teams have won all their games. It's good to see Melbourne taking some of that percentage off Sydney for us.
A lot of us didn't expect to be top dogs this early either, but that was the pessimism talking. What about a clown saints supporter
Yes, hence why we are above the other team. 150.3 percent after 150 years and 3 games is pretty sweet too!We now have the highest percentage as well as equal most wins. And only 2 teams have won all their games.
