Worst players on the ground according to champion data! It has to be Berry though, he is a midfielder who cost his team a goal late in the game that lost them the premiership, he had no impact on the game at all. Frampton was called up at the last minute to keep Harris Andrews occupied and he kind of at least did that, Berry was just no good at all.

Came here to vote for “autumn leaves “ Nathan Murphy.
What a tosser he is …

Had to vote for Berry in the end.
Today’s brain dead performance was totally in character for him …

It's Frampton. Why is there even a poll?

And change it to the Gary Rohan medal, for gods sake.

Champion Data rated Andrews the third best Lions player on the ground.

There is no argument for it not being Frampton.

Except nobody expected Frampton to be good, Berry is a key player for Brisbane and lost them the game.

Jarrod Berry gets my vote for playing like the rockhead he normally does. This time just on the Big Stage for everyone to see. Bog ordinary coach's favorite. Every club in history has had one.

Billy Frampton goes onto the podium of worst players ever to have a Premiership Medal though.

Accumulating a late surge of SC points in final 8 mins when Frampton in the bench just showing Framptons importance

Yes most of those when Frampton was on the bench showing the importance of Frampton when he was on the field

Where do his 3 dropped marks sit in this conversation?

More dropped marks than disposals.

One of his disposals was a kick off the ground as he was falling over.

Everybody overthinks this thing every year. Berry made some super costly mistakes, but he also stood up in tackles and broke free a couple of times.

Berry is very lucky that Franpton played. Pies fans around me were ready to crucify him during the 2nd half.

People voting for frampton have no understanding of his role

We know what his role was, he just wasn't particularly good at it, in addition to being a massive liability offensively.

Rohan last year same. This is da bay get on board

Rohan was done entirely for the troll and it was almost to give him a 'lifetime achievement' Leon. Frampton the moral first guy to win it in a winning side.

I keep flipping between hipwood and Frampton. Hipwood probably more costly to the Lions and he looks like an inflatable waving arm guy.

Although if Collingwood had of lost, Frampton's dropped sitter in front of goal would have won it for me.

Frampton's role was as a tagger in a tight, tough and close game. He was far from the Norm Smith Medal, but few would have expected him to get 40 possessions and kick 3 goals.

Gary Rohan last year is a very different matter. He had played in a number of losing Grand Finals for the Swans and Cats, but there had always been a worse player to get the Leon Davis Medal. Last year however Rohan was a forward in a Geelong team that hit its peak on Grand Final day against a Sydney Swans team that inexplicably put up little resistance and went down by 81-points. The Cats were playing strong, attacking football on a fine, sunny day in a game good as over 15 minutes into the first term. Geelong forwards were basically raffling the ball between them as the Swans failed to get into the contest time and time again, yet Rohan barely got a touch. If the Grand Final had still been a one-sided but defense-oriented win to the Cats in wet, windy and cold weather conditions - Geelong over Sydney 9.16-70 to 3.6-24 for example - on a day where only Tom Hawkins with 2.2 managed more than one goal, Gary Rohan's quiet game would have been more understandable.

Eric HipReplacement takes the prize.

BTW, calling it the Leon Davis medal is a little bit ray ray isn't it?
