A large number of these will be retired by the time Tassie comes in.

Chayce would probably be the best player Tasmania could target on this list.
Tarryn Thomas is the other but he's every chance of being in prison.
Chayce would be a great poster boy for them. Would be potentially earning easily $1m a year from them if his recent form continues.

Bombers fans seem to think they have a heap of money available
They do... money won't be the issue for them or us.

It's about where he wants to live.

There's been a dearth of talent coming through since Jack Riewoldt.
If the green light is given for 2027, they have time to improve funding for their juniors they are looking to list.

I haven't watched them much so can't comment but can recall a few over the years touted as being top talent and turning into state league level players.

Mitch O'Neill comes to mind.
Mitch O'Neil in particular has done really well to get back playing football at all after his horrific ankle injury, it was 1st thought he'd never play ANY football at all. It was likened to a car crash trauma. WCE rookied him but he was unable to get on the track at that stage and was delisted 12 months later without playing a game.

You do realise the Tassie Devils only joined the NAB/Coates League again in 2019 after the Tassie Mariners were excluded in 2002

The pies fans were raving about him yesterday, I haven’t seen the game.
From their perspective considering he's not a recognised lead ruck they have every right to rave about his performance nullifying Draper's expected influence on the game but well beaten in the ruck contests is a bit of a stretch I think.

This has got that feeling of "Victorian team somehow finding the money to overpay a player more than an interstate team with a warchest" all over it.

All players' salaries should be published.
I used to do the salary cap for a Vic based club. They aren't getting any special treatment when it comes to cap space.

Has his kicking efficiency improved?

Went at 25%DE against us last year.

42.9%DE against the Kangas
35.3%DE against the Demons
36.4%DE against the Swans
50% against the Powa

etc etc etc
That was off 1 sanfl pre season and no afl pre season

The bloke can Obvs play , wouldn’t mind us having a crack at him on cheap

Draper beat Frampton but not by as much as he should have … so pies fans are happy with Frampton . Expectations vs result thing

We need ROB to beat him by more than what Draper did , he will need to lift from his hawthorn game
