Some interesting odds for this week with the main one being the Bills favourite against Cowboys, maybe an indication that no one respects this Cowboys team yet.

Not sure what you're talking about. The spread is -2 to the Bills.

The home team automatically gets -3 with most book makers. So, -2 suggests that the oddsmakers think that the Cowboys win on a neutral field and are the better team.
