It's a player comparison between Blake Acres and Mitchito Owens I think
Didn’t think that it was all that confusing…It's a player comparison between Blake Acres and Mitchito Owens I think
Love the spice at the end..."You're a smart man, I'm sure you can work it out."“You take it personally”: Criticism of Saints a key factor in Hayes’ homecoming
“I guess that was part of my motivation to get back involved in footy.”www.sen.com.au
They've got Phillipou listed at 190cm-89kg, reckon we go with him then, over Owens. More talented & doesn't mind tackling also.Didn’t think that it was all that confusing…

Mitch would be a good 192cm now plus close to 90kg!!
If you are including Neale (who is a ruck)
You mean this guy? The young recruit the Cats describe as a key forward?and foster from the cats,
the saints also have Matt Allison (195cm), Mason Wood (193cm).
My point is we have options up forward. I'd even like to see Owens at CHF/FF
Phillipou is possibly 192cm, alsoMitch would be a good 192cm now plus close to 90kg!!
Looks that way, yep.Mitch would be a good 192cm now plus close to 90kg!!
You know what was the best thing though about that clip? It was the Cordmeister making the clinches look so, sooo easy. You can see the realization in the envious stares of Van Ens & Eyre as they both realise their position in the pecking order. This is so good. He could be such a weapon off half back.
While you have him as a ruck, the Cats are seeing him as a key forward.
From the Geelong FC Website:
As Tom Hawkins works through his rehab following off-season foot surgery, young key forward Shannon Neale is embracing the opportunity to get more experience alongside premiership forwards during the pre-season.

Haha yep when I saw that picture the other day I thought FMD, the journos must sit around havin' a laugh whilst choosing the most sh!t pic they can find!
Van Es and Eyre are bloody decent-sized lads… Pleasing. You know what was the best thing though about that clip? It was the Cordmeister making the clinches look so, sooo easy. Van Es up close… is big and he is very athletic.Van Es and Eyre are bloody decent-sized lads… Pleasing.
I don't think the use of the word pegged is a happy coincidence either, and provides added context for the facial expression.Haha yep when I saw that picture the other day I thought FMD, the journos must sit around havin' a laugh whilst choosing the most sh!t pic they can find!
Rapt to hear this. People still overrate the importance of 5 mins of ruck work per quarter, it’s not that important. Rather another ground level player than a plodder.Interesting to hear Lenny suggest on SEN this afternoon that Mitch Owens may chop out in the ruck while Hayes is injured. Suggested a similar role to that of Shaun Grigg in 2017 at Richmond.
You are actually funny these days CF, who would've thought hanging around genuinely funny people like myself would pay off??I don't think the use of the word pegged is a happy coincidence either, and provides added context for the facial expression.
Is that you GT?Rapt to hear this. People still overrate the importance of 5 mins of ruck work per quarter, it’s not that important. Rather another ground level player than a plodder.

Decent idea until you get a big oaf like Nankervis run through/knee a part timer like ChitoRapt to hear this. People still overrate the importance of 5 mins of ruck work per quarter, it’s not that important. Rather another ground level player than a plodder.
