Not trying to insinuate that Liam would be the type of guy to update his own Wikipedia page but his seems fairly up to date.

Fremantle website lists him at 75kg
Wikipedia lists his weight at 83kg.

That’s a huge gain in 1 year if true. It looks plausible given his condition
Tonga Bob Snuffaluphagus I think we have our 2022/23 TTHD Award winner!

You can give him "whipping boy 2023" award already; the fact he has been brought up so much on this forum since the end of the season highlights that there are posters out there already lining up to start ripping into him 1st WAFL/AFL game he plays in next year.

There were even posters who were complaining that he was going to turn up out of shape (ie. that he needed to put some muscle on) and that he has no dedication etc. etc. unlike all the other players who were out there training in the off season, and now that he has turned up to the new season looking in some okay looking shape they are claiming it is the wrong shape. Some of them were also the same posters who were blaming him for team losses during the year when he wasn't even in the side and just generally going at him all season at random times of the year and/or since he has been at the club, to the point where if you collated their posts on bigfooty, you could see that the majority of their negative posts for the year were about Liam Henry.

I hope some of the moderators actually watch out for this in 2023, because if you continually have a "go" at a player well above and beyond any other player expectations and often on the basis of no evidence surely that constitutes abusive behaviour, even if the player may/may not be able to read it? And I am certainly no SJW but surely that is not a place we want to be as a board of posters, particularly when said player has a particular background that is already considered marginalised and a victim of bias within the AFL?

Just checking in to see what is the threshold beyond which genuine criticism of Henry's underwhelming three years on our list becomes racist abuse. Thanks in advance for specifying the maximum number of posts per month and the verboten language to avoid mod action

I’ve seen a lot of positive comments about Liam’s obvious dedication to his pre season. I think everybody wants to see him succeed.
He should be addressed as "2023 Doig Medalist Liam Henry" from now on. 🤗

In all seriousness, I don't know how anyone could fault his efforts this off-season? He's ticked all the boxes required.

I’ve criticised Liam a lot but have also defended Brandon Walker quite a bit ….. racist or no ?

Bundling someone of Australian indigenous heritage together with someone of African heritage for no apparent reason, apart from perhaps skin colour, definitely makes you out there.

This could be Walters last year in the AFL?
Henry is the perfect replacement.
Let’s not forget that Sonny has also played midfield minutes.
If we can keep our older players fresh, we could really hit the end of the year
in top form.
Sure Sonny came good in the end of 2022, but I don’t think it would hurt to rest
a few.

Where did you see this?
Saw a preview for 7 news last night where they were saying the boys were at Kings Park again. Assume it was yesterday although maybe it was Friday. I went over the new Armadale Rd freeway link on Friday at around 9.30am and couldn’t see any action on the oval.

If Sonny could impart his knack for hitting the scoreboard to Henry it would be a win alright.
