Potentially only Edwards as a KPD, with Rankin, maybe Sheather as listed support down back.

Potentially McAndrew and Owen are our whole ruck/KPF division. HHK to support up forward.

Reckon Clarke, Mitchell, Vickery, Magor will all have to play plenty of mid/wing minutes. Shipley going to have to have a big game too.

Huge fan of his in his draft year. Plenty of upside and has a point of difference

Interesting. How was his contested work when we played Casey? (I haven't watched.) When he was drafted he was a bit more of a winger/forward/utility.

James Jordan is another from the Dees who is on the fringes of the 22 and is talented - but not a desperate need for us.

I haven't watched the game either. Contested stuff was his question mark at the draft

Just thought his height, hands, running ability and flexibility at draft time was very enticing. HHK may be our version of him now but I thought Melbourne got great value at that pick

Melbourne would be a very good club to raid, they've a fair bit of underused talent on that list

Agreed.

Actually looking forward to this week's game.

It's going to be horrific on the scoreboard, but it will force a few to be the main men, we'll see if they can do some good things.

Owen is going to get a lot of ruck time, unless McAndrew can get a flight back in time.

Ditto for HHK up forward, Magor and maybe Sheather in the mids. Mitchell, Vickery, Rankin down back, or wing.

Clarke, Sheldrick could be on early flights too, might make it back.

Surely they head back to Sydney as soon as the first whistle blows and it's certain they won't be needed.

Clarke, McAndrew might be able to if there's a flight they can get on. Sheldrick will probably be the sub, then if he only got a quarter of action, may be able to get a red-eye back for VFL.

I've been thinking that for years! They haven't lost many. Jackson. Weideman. That small forward who went to ??? GWS? I'm sure I'm missing a few - I don't follow them that closely. But they've hung on to so many.

North Melbourne are so inconsistent, they can put out a decent game (vs southport) but also play horrendous (vs Carlton).
Having North AFL play on the same day in a different state will also be helpful, they'll have a sub and most likely two emergencies, whereas there is a good chance that your unused emergencies get on a flight back after Friday night's match.

I don't think it's going to be as bad as you think.

Bummer it's out at BISP. I would have considered attending at Tramway (or Henson). But I probably won't go to Blacktown.
