They've done it! Geelong have gone through an entire season undefeated and stamped themselves as perhaps the greatest AFLTM team of all time. The reign of GeeCat seems far from over with two premierships in a row to make it three in total. Will it be three in a row in 2025? Not if the Dragons have anything to say about it!
Thank you everyone for another great season. For the first time I can remember, every single team submitted their team for every single round which made things so much easier for me to manage.
I'll be working on getting the off-season setup over the next few weeks. A few exciting changes to look forward to including new contract structures for first year drafted players starting this off-season, a mid-season trading period (2025) and future pick trading two years in advance (next off-season).

You know this game has you sucked in when, even as a Geelong supporter watching Jezza kick a bag of 9 goals, I couldn’t help but think about how he was screwing me over in an AFLTM Grand Final!

So many conflicted feelings this game brings up. We also had a bizarre situation in the Geelong vs West Coast game where both Tom Stewart and Lawson Humphries were injured and out for the game but only one would be subbed... and I was hoping it would be my player who was!

Congrats GeeCat . Amazing effort to stay at or near the top of the comp for so long.
Great stuff by fightingfury_88 as well. Not a lot in this. All it takes is for one player at the bottom end of the scoring to have a big game and it's a different result.
