4 - Jack Buckley: thought the job he did to contain Curnow was excellent & decisive for GWS
3 - Brent Daniels: hunted hard inside 50 & created turnovers and scoring opportunities
2 - Keiren Briggs: bounced back from the first quarter to be influential in the contest
2 - Finn Callaghan: starting to become really evasive and creative in driving our attack
2 - Callan Ward: had a good game and did his job plus kicked 2 goals
2 - Jesse Hogan: 5 goals, really proved a great target in this game and kicked straight

3 - Jones - attack, defense, speed, catalyst - by gosh he was missed.
3 - Buckley - shut down Curnow, only allowing a very lucky goal (and he was filthy about it).
3 - Hogan - Kicked beautifully, Araldite's new leather glue should be named after him.
2 - Cumming - kicked a couple - excellent distributor - another player whose 'fit' in the structure is vital.
2 - Briggs - 40 hitouts - took control of the bounces/ball-ups and demoralised his opposite.
1 - Green - grunt work galore and nailed a beauty from long range.
1 - Fonti - 17 disposals on debut - brilliant. Team mates fed off his energy.

Desperately unlucky- everyone else

Agree with others difficult to give votes for this one. Great team performance.

3. Hogan. Have to be the best contested mark going around.
3. Briggs. TDK has been in great from and Briggs monstered him.
2. Ward. Turning back the clock. Great combination of hardness and skill. Play another year please.
2. Buckley. Keeping Curnow quiet was super important.
2. Daniels. Pressure sensational. Makes the opposition very nervous
2. Callaghan. Hogan's eye must light up when Finn gets the ball.
1. Jones. Attacks and defends at speed. Could be a special player.

Many others unlucky to miss.
