Dont mind Callahan, but as ill say a lot this offseason, why on earth would you want to coach here if youre a relatively big name coordinator? Come do an interview though, get yourself some sweet leverage for elsewhere.

Could probably write his own contract...guess if he believes in Young you would be a chance.

If I was his agent id be telling him to stay with Burrow for another season if you dont get any other offers, Callahan will get a chance somewhere in the near future after proving himself with Browning in the second half of this season. He is stock is rock solid moving forward.

No agent would do that though, think of the commission deferred that he they can collect now.

Maybe I just found a niche in the market. Brian, call me. Ill be the first agent ever to look after his clients and not himself

In a way the extra picks gained allowed Carolina to be reckless in their trading, which is fine if you had endless resources to replace those wasted. Pick One would probably still be yours.
Pissed them away on stupidity. Used them all to trade up instead of the smart thing and trading back to get more talent on a roster with no depth. The trade of pick 93 (Washington) and 132 (Herbig) to select a 25 year old edge setter at pick 80 in DJ Johnson is just as bad as the Bryce Young trade with the Bears. ****ing horrendous.

Looks like the Panthers have asked to interview both Ravens Coordinators

Nick Matteo is the one they should hire as GM of Football.

They don’t need a defensive coach after investing heavily in a QB, they need a strong Offensively minded HC, ie Monken. Doubt McDonald goes to Panthers, is being groomed for another HC job.

It felt wrong when it came up, but I think the right move for both Vrabel and the Titans at this stage.

He won't be jobless for long.
I know he won't be

But I don't know who the Titans think they will get that will be an upgrade on him

I'm not so sure that 'finding a better coach' was the driving mindset around this one.

Titans are going to go through some wholesale changes this off season, Henry etc. likely gone and Vrabel probably wasn't keen on starting the real rebuild.

Seems a mutual parting at the crossroads and to me shows the respect the two parties have for each other to get it done quickly and not even bother with and potential trades etc.

Mayo has been a hot candidate for a couple of seasons now, turned down some interviews, preferring to stay in his role with NE. I assumed he'd be the one taking over if Bill left, but Vrabel being available for free and not trade could change that.

Its a bit of a funny spot with the Titans, with the GM who drafted Levis still there, you'd assume the Titans plan on him being their guy, does it cut the list of potential coaches down? Could end up with a bit of no name/inexperienced hire. That doesnt mean it will be a disaster, worked out well for Miami.
