Prediction 2025 jumper numbers

I vaguely recall some years ago a player from maybe Geelong having to play in a jumper in the 70+ range because their jumper and their backup jumper both got completely torn off.

But maybe I'm remembering wrong, and they just wanted to play some of the game in a jumper with their age on the back.
You remember correctly. It was Tom Hawkins; cannot recall when it was except that I’m sure* it was in the house I moved out of in mid-2018 so likely prior to that.

* Mind you have the most incredibly strong recollection of seeing the 1976 total eclipse at my parents’ place. About 10 years ago I was shown some photos of a whole heap of parents and kids (including yours truly) taking a break from the working bee at the local kindergarten to watch it.

And hopefully make those numbers rightfully famous in their own right.
Why should 3, 5, 9 etc have all the greats. I mean ok, 33 is Cyril and that's elite but no names appear in 31 or 34 that make them stand out.
Stewie Dew was in 31 but apart from him there wasn't anyone else of note. Maybe Matt Suckling. 34 had Renouf with a flag but bra-boy wasn't much chop and Mark Graham was one of my dad's favourites but hardly what you'd call legends.
34 has gone pretty well with John Kennedy Jr and Mark Graham and now Watson

My recollection is it was Harry Taylor and it was something like 85.

His "M" goal celebration has something to do with the postcode too. Weird thing to be so loyal to a suburb, and Dandenong of all places.
I don't think it's weird. tbh, it made me respect him. Just being proud of where he grew up. He might have spent some time at a private school in Haileybury College (first in his family) but it's not the whole story. For him this is a big part of who he is and doesn't want to forget that. I don't know him but I'm taking it from what he's said.

Have seen many a character with a tattoo of their outer suburbs postcode on them in Brissy, Sydney and Melbourne. A lot of people are proud of their heritage however that may manifest.

Yes, they have. There is an article listing all the new player numbers. Updating the player photos means jack.
