I noticed that wave off during the game. Sub 5 games directing traffic out there whilst sprinting full tilt, you love to see it. Hopefully this kid plays 200 games.
Not his thread, I know, but also important to note, the last link in that chain about to receive off Drury, was Perez, who along with Miller, started that passage of play.
It emphasises, that we do have players other than Hall, that can run and carry off half back, they just have to become accustomed and encouraged to do so.

Perez and Goater running out of the backline in the last game last year looked significant;y better than Hall and anyone doing the same thing.

You can just tell that with more experience, confidence and size that these sorts of plays will be bobbing up more and more.

He is so smart and reliable. He is a set and forget player for our list. I am confident that one of those HB roles is his. He just needs the games pumped into him.

The type of player to be named in the best players of multiple premiership sides, for you only to scratch your head and ask: “did he actually play”. The ultimate quiet achiever!
Well at the moment, his reliability and composure is sticking out like dog’s balls.

Yep is Mr cool and honest as they come. Can’t really remember any howlers that he has done and that’s saying a lot from a guy so young.

I felt like he would make it after he was very good in one of the games during the preseason - can't remember which one but his composure, skills and positioning stood out.

He'll be our Corey Enright
Richmond? i think it was

We should aim to reunite the brothers. Miles is a very nice footballer. He was pick 14 in the 2019 Draft. If Port finish in the top 4, perhaps we can trade our pick we got from them in the JHF trade.

Corey Enright? That’s a stretch. Solid start to his career no doubt, but Enright was a star of the comp. Easy to throw out comparisons

I'm not saying he's Corey Enright right now, but stylistically and in terms of potential I could see him having a similar career.

Solid, reliable, medium sized defender who you can rely on getting the job done week in week out.
