I think the greatness of that match has somewhat been lost due to the final margin.

That was just awful, one of the most cringe-worthy pieces I've ever seen related to footy.

For the record I agree it was utterly and irredeemably terrible. But I like the 2 Hours doco a lot mainly because Mooney is so brutally honest about his experience on the day, and Bartel talking about Lonergan's story. Also hearing Varcoe give an interview where he's not falling over his own words is a good change too. He gets pretty caught out when he does post-game media.
