Not that I’m aware of. He definitely played forward at times. Don’t think he had the rig to play ruck as a junior.Has Reid ever played ruck?
He showed some good signs rucking in the juniors. Has a fair tank on him. Might not be the craziest idea!Has Reid ever played ruck?
He did get some exposure there from memory. Not a lot, especially given the compromised covid yearsNot that I’m aware of. He definitely played forward at times. Don’t think he had the rig to play ruck as a junior.

Yep.Has Reid ever played ruck?
His draft profile did say that he had a pretty good vertical leap on him. About 85cm from both sides of his body.He did get some exposure there from memory. Not a lot, especially given the compromised covid years
How did he go? 205cm is decent ruck height.Yep.
He was 202cm back then I believe. How did he go? 205cm is decent ruck height.
Ok for around the ground stuff but no real ruck craft, key back or forward will be his go
Was in two moon boots when they measured himUp to 205cm now.
He was tall so as eDPS says not a lot of craft but decent around the ground as despite his lack of genuine pace he is still mobile and does not just chug around. I would see him as a forward second ruck . I know his for is KPD but IMO he will not be a FB at his weight and it will take ages at this rate and he lacks the speed to be a reliable intercept despite him reading the play well.Ok for around the ground stuff but no real ruck craft, key back or forward will be his go
You wouldn't reid about itUp to 205cm now.
To some degree all players were project players in that draft given the lack of exposure. We'll see. Glad he's on the park but heard that multiple times with multiple players.
As it stands it seems like we've used a top 10 pick on a project player defender. Still seems like pretty stupid drafting.
Here's hoping we get plenty of senior footy into him in 2024.
Problem was that whole draft was a project draft given they only played a handful of top age games . Most are proving slow developers. We'll see. Glad he's on the park but heard that multiple times with multiple players.

That is what people said last year . Did not exactly go that way .Love that Reid, Hayes and Cox won’t have to battle OSullivan for development opportunity in VFL/AFL. Hard enough to have all three in the one backline as it is, not to mention Baldwin. Should be a pretty formidable VFL backline.
people said they were glad hayes reid cox and balwdin didn't have to battle o'sullivan for vfl time? That is what people said last year . Did not exactly go that way .
No they said our backline would dominate the VFLpeople said they were glad hayes reid cox and balwdin didn't have to battle o'sullivan for vfl time?
