I thought he steadied and did his job in the second half. Very much looked like a fill in though.
 
Given he was injured in the first quarter, he did a remarkable job. His direct opponent had very little influence. He obviously couldn’t move with any agility or power but just got in the right position to block his man.
I find it a bit bemusing the negativity he has received without getting any credit for playing under incredible duress. Anyone who has done a calf will know it is almost impossible to play a game of AFL.
Most players would have just gone off. I think he probably realised it was his last AFL game and just wanted to do what he could to get the navy blues a win.
 
I thought he was poor but was obviously hampered by the early injury.

I'd resign him for the VFL next year.

We need depth KPD who are available when needed
He will not stay if he is not on as a Rookie or main list will return to South Australia. The VFL need to find key tall when season end from Country football or others clubs.
