And yet there are still numpty Australians who thought Smith and Warner should have been banned for life. Indian supporters throw that out there with a sandpaper jibe all the time.

It's ok that Jadeja was caught not long ago altering the ball in the field. That was OK. Nothing to see here.
BCCI=ICC.

Lunch generally can’t be moved they can only take it early (within 1/2 hour if tge scheduled time) tea is a little different but they can only play 2.5 hrs a session max - that’s in the playing conditions

Half the thrill of playing cricket was the lunch breaks.

Bowl 15 overs then hoe into the sandwiches.😎👍

Boof Lehmann is really good as the special comments guy on the ABC.
Called the new paki coach hopeless and told a great story about how James Pattinson threatened to knock his block off after boof tore strips off him for getting a wicket off a no ball.
Hilarious. Comments like he has his feet on the desk with a durrie in one hand and a frothy in the other.

3-22 yesterday afternoon or first thing this morning wouldn’t have been even better?

Correlation doesn’t equal causality. Australia probably doesn’t have India 3-22 because Australia batted on for 16 overs, more than likely. There’s just as much chance they could have them 6-7 down by now.

Again, the current approach COULD work and they may win the test. But it gives them less ways they can do it which is why people wanted them to potentially approach it differently.

It has nothing to do with ‘not being able to watch test cricket’ like someone was claiming earlier

As there is for India being 0 down for a 70-80 or so (as Jaiswal/Rahul did in the second innings in Perth, and both are certainly capable). It's not a timeline we know about. Equally, cricket has a nasty habit of punishing hubris.

Correlation doesn't, however, you can only judge a decision by the result. Right now, the result is that Australia had a dream session, seeing they got more workload into the Indian bowling lineup (which helps with Melbourne/Sydney) and have begun to run through India's recognized batsman.

The only thing that changes is the situation India faces, and removing pathways they have to come back into the game has a fair bit of value, especially with the stop-start nature of the game.

I think every poster here wants to know. What type of appointment?
It was a counselling session advising how to cope with large font on an online forum.

They may as well call tea. There's another rain shower behind it.
What I don’t understand is, if the delay is more than 20 minutes, why can’t it retrospectively just be called tea, and get back out there for remaining hours as soon as rain stops?

Its those sort of fuddy duddy rules that hold test cricket back and hurt it as an in- person spectator sport

Also, to backup my point yesterday about the petty pathetic Indians yesterday when Smith and Head finally were dismissed, half the poms side just then shook Willimson’s hand as he departed there.
It is a dead rubber, however with England 2-0 up.
