On certain browsers that have "hardware acceleration" available (e.g. using the GPU) it does this because there's "content protection" baked into GPU's and they're preventing you from doing it... the way around it is to "turn off" hardware acceleration in the settings of the relevant browser and then re-launch the browser and you'll find you're able to take screenshots as-normal.
