Both teams did it today. Poetic justice how it played out. Play stupid games, etc.I hope the umpires did their job and gave Australia an official warning.

Pretty much. He has been unplayable all series and that's unlikely to change. Ussie has been terrible all series and that hasn't changed.Gee, he’s only has 31 wickets this tour.
Who cares. If it fires him up more, he’ll burn the energy having to get 5 wickets for this crumbling Indian team
No it isn't. Surviving 2 balls is the goal and the right one. Usman is just in terrible form and was a walking wicket. It’s usually smart, but not in this scenario. Bumrah rushing his last two deliveries doesn’t get that wicket.
2 rushed Bumrah deliveries + 6 Siraj ones is better for us than 2 non rushed Bumrah ones after we’ve just antagonised him. Dumb cricket.
The anti Aussie bully brigade. What has he done? He has had some fun and a little bit of cheek?
It is honestly insane how quick people are to beat any personality out of any athlete. FMD people are miserable.

yes he's going to have to work on not trying to win games for his team.Yes, like others I would really like to see the lad do well, but he's going to have to work on that aspect of his game.
McSweeney isn't an opener.Openers for the Ashes:
McSweeney
Konstas
Out: Khawaja
Spot on.The rest of the team feeds off him.
Wouldn't be surprised if we get rolled for 120 tomorrow.
Plenty of examples of Warne charging at batsmen to send them off early in his career. Embarrassed himself giving Andrew Hudson a send offShane Warne would have given him a verbal send off, but he wouldn't have charged at him menacingly.
Bumrah has first come off his line at Konstas with very little provocation except a shrug and "he's not ready". Konstas should have stayed out of it, but Bumrah should not have gone at him. Konstas only got lippy after Bumrah went at him, and Konstas had every right to not back down. And then Bumrah has rushed him after the wicket while Konstas was minding his own business.
Absolutely pathetic from the Indian captain. And we all know there will be no punishment and the Indians will keep thinking they can carry on like this. And this is the sort of stuff that trickles down to lower grades and ends with a bat being swung at somebody.
Only if Gill and India get one for the pre lunch stuffI hope the umpires did their job and gave Australia an official warning.
Given the Indians gave done the same and haven't been warned there's exactly **** all chance of that happeningI hope the umpires did their job and gave Australia an official warning.
Why does he have to work on his niggle? He already does it extremely well and has got under the skin of the opposition’s top stars… where can he improve that?Yes, like others I would really like to see the lad do well, but he's going to have to work on that aspect of his game.
Yes but the bowler also needs to be aware of the batsman taking guard before they charge in. Bumrah hurried madly back to his mark and turned around without even seeing if Khawaja was ready.Bumrah's correct. Batsmen need to be ready when the bowler's ready to bowl.
Easy.I’m a bit bemused by how Konstas has so quickly turned into a supervillain in the eyes of the Indian team.
Why is it a bad thing? To me it's enthralling.Good day of cricket
There was a probably a time in cricket where running at the non-striker after a wicket was a bit of a no-no, but it does appear we are past that.
As long as it's all adjudicated fairly and evenly I guess we'll just have to learn to live with it.

If it’s sledging then that’s just part and parcel of test cricket, especially against Australia.
Is it really because he played some T[emoji638][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]]] shots against the esteemed Jasprit Bumrah and scored a [emoji6[emoji640][emoji637]][emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]]] doing so?
It did in MelbourneHe's definitely in Bumrahs head which is pretty funny.
I don't think it will affect Bumrahs performance though.
To be fair Konstas wasn’t the one time wasting.I would’ve rather had Bumrah rushing his last two balls and face another Siraj over than have that time wasting by Konstas and give Bumrah the opportunity to just focus on his last few deliveries
Dumb cricket that rightfully backfired on us
