Well if Bumrah can't bowl in the first 2 hours of Australia's second innings there's no reason he can't get off to a good start

The two that are at the crease now average 49 and 35 respectively. You can mark down their projected totals based on the pitch, but 70 would probably be par. Not in terms of what we can chase but for what they would expect from their last batters tomorrow.

We need to get them out for less than expected to be a realistic chance. And that would be the 30-50 run range.

If so, we could be in for a real chance to either win or draw this game. I would never have thought that after our first innings capitulation. It partly revolves around how quickly and/or the low score we can wrap up these last 4 Indian wickets… the second part will depend on the gumption of our batting line up and whether Bumrah is bowling or not.

I think we can discount the draw - there's too much time left, and the rain won't arrive before the afternoon of day 4. It's more than likely to be over by then.
