I wouldn't say mocking/calling out whinging necessarily counts as whinging, although it will always be the targeted whinger's defence, another way of saying "just let me bloody whinge, or else YOU are a whinger!".
Everything on a forum is an obervation so I guess you could call any comment that doesn't paint something/someone in a gloriously positive light is a "whinge". But I don't think we allow that as a loophole as the actual whingers would get a lot more momentum.
Anyway it was a close decision and I'd rather Indian meltdowns come later in the match from things where arguing it makes them look insane. That one either party could feel aggrieved so the batsman can have the benefit of the doubt.
