I didn't want to be the one to bring up the Fyfe comparison, but...

If Duursma gets to 90+kg, then I don't know how you look at his attributes and style and compare him to anyone else. People might bring up the midfield craft, but if you put another 10-15kg on Duursma, then I guarantee you he'll be able to play midfield.

Agree. Fyfe is an anomaly and I think he actually has pretty good development for a 6'3" 17yo footballer in those shots.

Fyfe had zero midfield craft at the same age. Zero.

Most important part of being an afl footballer is the introduction to the doorman at CQ, gets him drink cards and walk up entry, no more pesky cues.
If that’s been sorted in the first few days he’s in a good place.

How is it possible that you aren't a head coach or at least the recruitment manager at an AFL club?
